Once the paint is dry, simply attach the straw to the back of the flower with the glue and pop a pom pom in the centre of the flower – perfect!Īnd if you’re looking to make something yummy with your students….
Then take any colour of acrylic paint and use it to paint the flowers.
Trim the edges so it gives a rounder shape, as these will be the petals of the flower.
First, you’ll need to cut out four containers out of the egg carton (adult supervision may be needed at this stage!).

Now the finishing touch… time to decorate! Students can use whatever takes their fancy to stick on their baskets, so it’s time to go wild with the glitter!.
Once you have this in place at either end of the lollipop sticks, simply cellotape in place.
Once they are dry, simply get a piece of pipe cleaner and bend it so it’s in the shape of a handle.
To do this, simply place four lollipop sticks (roughly around 1cm apart) in a row vertically and then you’ll need to get three more and place these horizontally on top the row of four (same distance apart) and glue them in place.
